hi so i'm working with an attorney because my 2013 niss sentra turned out to be a lemon due to a faulty airbag sensor. They sent me an estimate of the settlement but there are so many ridiculous deductions made.I had purchase gap insurance and warranty when i purchased the car but i canceled them a year ago. Now they are deducting the gap and warranty from my settlement as well as theft detterent, and accessories. My question is, should they be deducting thew gap and the warranty even though it was canceled a year ago prior to the car become a lemon? thank you.
