My husband and I have not been intimate in over three years. (He sleeps on the couch) We simply co-exist and divorce seems imminent, we just haven't discussed it yet. Neither one of us could afford to move out. Can you tell me if this physical separation may be considered a legal separation, as a precursor to divorce, in the state of NJ?
