My 16 yr old daughter is having a sexual relationship with a 22 yr old man. Is there anything that can be done or any restraining orders that can be filed? Is it legal for this relationship to continue? Thanks

Your the parent you can legally forbid contact. You do not name state so its possible there could be criminal charges as well. Yes you can seek protective order

What state are you in? Have you gone to court to file for a restraining order?

Depends on the state but yes, you can file an RO on this man and possibly press charges.
