leaving job

I already have a settlement for WC and a court date to receive settlement. Would it be okay to leave the job I am at now to find other work? Will it affect my settlement in any way?

I don't know but you definitely wouldn't want to leave work to find other work in an area that could put your WC claim in question, e.g. if it's a disability relating to your back you obviously don't want to go to a job that requires a good amount of manual labor.
