I put in for vaction time and my boss changed it to sick time knowing I had no more. I was still paid though for two days. Time goes on I get sick and had to quit I gave them my notice. Then when I called for my last paycheck and they said they are keeping all of it because of my sick time of two days.

Why didn't you ask your boss to correct the incorrect information on your time card regarding the vacation time when you reviewed your information? Do you have a copy of your vacation time request? If so, send a copy to your former company and request that they correct the mistake made on your paycheck. If you don't have a copy, then it is your word against your former boss's word. Good Luck!
