Just not working out

Monday I was fired. The reason was just not working out. I could see that if I was on probation. Was with this company for 4 years. I received my last check Friday but it still shows that I have 3 hours of vacation left. What can I do to get this.

Depends on how the employer treats vacation time. Some of them will pay it upon termination, some state that any vacation time not used is lost. If you have a handbook, I would check it to see. If not, could possibly call your state's Bureau of Labor Law Compliance to have them check into it. Or, you could just let the 3 hours go.
