That's what I said (or some variation thereof...) How typical of the government, though, six pages of instructions for a 2-page form!

The instructions I read did state that you didn't have to furnish the first 6 pages to the new employee, but did have to make a copy accessible while they filld it out. But honestly it's gotten to the point of ridiculous! Although I like that the new form itself isn't as crammed as the old one. Still, way too much paper!
