Although i "won" the civil judgement; the dead-beat; scam-artist defendant claimed head-of-the-household, then the judge dissolved the writ-of-continued wage-garnishment. What other avenue can i take to get the money owed to me?

You're experiencing the frustration of "winning" a small claims case.

By the way, the "loser" (so to speak) isn't doing anything, except availing himself f protections granted to all similarly situated individuals.

You could be in his place, one day.

There is very little you can do.

You can attempt to locate hs assets (the ones exempt from protection), and have the sheriff seize them, to satisfy your judgment.

Those are very tough to uncover, especially after what you've recently learned.

Some people go after bank accounts, real estate, valuable collectibles, automobiles, motorcycles, etc...

But, the items you discover must not be protected by your pauper's r debtr's laws in Florida.

Trust me, a bum like ths one, probably has none of thse items I disclosed.

It might be time to move on.

You've already proven your point.
