Hi, my man just got arrested on a warrant for not appearing in court on his 5 yr joint suspension. He did not pick up a new charge will he have to do the 5 years!? or will he and can he catch a break?

Hopefully yes, he'll be doing the full 5 years.

(There is a reason why these things are put in place)

In Cali these days, there are massive tax and money shortfalls.

Your man may do 90 days and get cut loose, again.

That's the trend in your state because the money is short.

I agree. Significant time in jail is unlikely, especially if you are in a larger metro area. Any time he gets will likely be at the county level... Unless there is more to the story.

What were the original charges for which he was on probation?
