For some reason it wouldnt let me write anymore posts on the other page. What would be a "normal sentence" in this case if i were to plead guilty. My biggest hope is to have this somehow taken off my record, is that possible? and if I plead not guilty, then im assuming i will leave and have to come back to court another time?

OK, READ CARFULLY because we have told you what you need to know and you keep asking the same questions.

If you plead guilty there is no way it will go off your record. If you don't want it on your record, then DO NOT plead guilty. The only way to possibly get this off of your record is to plead not guilty, which does mean you will have to come back to court. After you plead not guilty and you get your attorney, talk to them. They may be able to get it dropped or get a plea deal.
