I was served Petition to Modify Child Custody, Parenting time and Support on 12/1. My ex-spouse lives in AZ (where he initialized the paperwork) and I reside in NC.
I suppose I need to sign the Acceptance of Service and Family Court Acceptance of Service documents, but I'm not sure how I am required to respond to the modification petition.
I was granted sole care and custody of my children in 1996:yes: and did follow what I thought was correct protocol by advising my ex. about my move to NC over 4 months prior to the move. He AND I filed Stipulation To Modify The Prior Court Order Regarding Parenting Time or Parenting Time and Child Support in April of '06. This paperwork included summer months, winter break/holiday break, etc. Do I include copies of the prior modifications?
