her is a copy of the paper my mother wrote for my uncle:
I my mother give temporary custody of my grandson to my brother and his wife.i have omitted the names,dated 12/26/04. what i need to know is this dcs is saying this is not legal// but a lawyer from that state say it is// who is lieing,also,if this paper is not legal can we use the papers from nc to go and get him?

No that is not legal. A piece of paper does not make this a court document. Where is the childs mother and father here?

i am the childs mother/ the legal custody of my children belongs to my mother/ we are trying to figure out if she was to go to arkansas could she use the court ordered custody paoers from the state of north carolina to get my son out of a foster home in arkansas were my son was taken from my uncle and placed in a foster. I do not have money for a lawyer so I am trying to see what it is i can do to get him without a lawyer/ and get legal custody given back to me in new mexico
