in the stat of texas is it considered child abuse or neglect to not get your baby there shots for the first 11 months of there life, and would this help in a costody case anyway?

Is there a Religious reason for not doing this? Where I cant say if its abuse it certainy will work against the parent if brought up. Whether its the determining factor is custody battle I cant say

there is no reason for this other than lazyness, i asked her numerouse times if she was up to date and she told me yes, when i had to get her social card 11 months later i found out differently.i have a letter from the doctor stating that i have brought her in for all her shots.there are other factors involved but i was curiouse about this one.
