My buddy and i were at a party, were the cops busted it up and told everyone one to go home. we all left and went our separte ways, well i guess ( the story he told me) that one of the cops follow him from the party. Well i guess he followed him for eight miles to a quicktrip were my buddy pulled in to go to the bathroom. well as soon as he stopped the cop parked behind him and truned on his lights. Did the whole breath test, and he failed. So he was arrested. We the cop said that he was going to do the paper work and then read him his rights. Well i guess he never did get his rights read to him. He has a witness that said he would read them to him later... didnt know if any of this would help him out in court. He has a meeting at the end of the week with his laywer.
