I recently got a promotion as an assistant manager for a restuarant. I concerned about my pay. I'm a salary manager that doesn't clock in. I work 50 hours every week. My father confronted me that I shouldn't get paid less than 455 per week by law. Well when they gave me the promotion they offered me 23,000 per year.. but hears the problem thats only 442 per week ... I told him that and he said that is against the law?? Why wouldn't they follow the law?? Is that true..
Do you know of anyplace that states by law what you are supposed to receive if you are a salary manager.
