Is it ok to post news and information about porn actor/actress(movie)

Hi,

We are thinking to work on a website or blog about latest news or information about adult actor/actress (or the movies). Even though we just share information not the movies, obviously this is still not something that is suitable for anyone. So, legally, is it to fine to post and spread such information on internet (our own website)? If it is ok, anything we should be cautious about?

Have a "splash page" with a warning you must be 18 or over to view content along with a sign in where user MUST give his/her age or birth date. Now if your not posting images or descriptions that should not be viewed by minors and just news you should be fine. However you will likely need to use an ad program (if you have ads for revenue) other than adsense or others who will not place ads on such sites
