I am a black American. I was working for an American Company in Iraq and our company was subcontracted to another American company for maintenance support. One gentleman from the company who subcontracted my company made racial comments to me and said he did not agree with my work ethics. Instead of addressing it to my boss, he created an entire story based on lies to get me fired. He created this "lie" story and then emailed it to all the important people in his company and then my company. As a result from his actions, I've been terminated and my company does not want to hire me back. The other company has the same position available and even with a reference letter from two important people from the company, they won't hire me either. I am stuck in Dubai trying to obtain new employment. I have the entire email thread he sent out. Do I have a case in the USA against the person and/or the company he works for?
