Alcohol & Drugs: DUI, DWI interlock device installed in car

I have an interlock devixe installed in my vehicle had it installed in ontario canada,have recentley moved to alberta canada. And now the gaurdian interlock is telling me i can have the device serviced in alberta but to have it removed i have to come back to ontario or elae if i ever decide to moce back to ontario i have to do the whole back on track program over again and i have to have the interlock installwd for a whole year. Is this true

It sounds like the court is very restrictive in the documentation for reporting interlock compliance. This would then be reflected in your interlock contract. It is best to follow their advice, rather than risk non-compliance.
