Vincent __ is a deadbeat father from Indiana who is living in New York State with his current wife (also from Ind.). Both he and his wife, Paula __, are on Supplemental Security Income and she works under the table Thurs-Sat nights vending hot dogs for its owner John__, a long-term gambling addict at casinos on the US-Canada border). Vincent has children from a previous marriage, for whom he owes child support. Can he be extradited back to Indiana? Can his SSI be garnished for child support? His former wife may not known he receives SSI now. Also: he is a long-term crack addict who has been in and out of jail. (His current wife may be paying off his crack 'bill.') Money has also been stolen from the owner's cart; the woman has scalped prices as the night got older...
Any feedback? Thanks.
