Say if a juvenile skipped school and was forced into juvenile court for truancy but also at the same time they had a warrant they was never arrested for when they go to court will they be taken in after the hearing?

In other words it would be a guess and and unfair to say. Its more likely within same county. Thats best you get. We cant predict future:yes:

NO ONE can do more than guess on a hypothetical. In MY county, it would be almost a sure thing to discover a warrant on a suspect attending court. But, there are always unforeseen issues.

Chances are it will be discovered. If not discovered the first time around, it will likely be discovered eventually. I have arrested many a juvenile at their hearings on other matters ... many times, they just don't show because they figure they can dodge the system forever. Well, they can't, and warrants do not go away.

we don't even know if there's a warrant out there

basically him and his old friend walked into his old middle school a year after he graduated but were caught by a teacher and escorted out of the building no idea if the cops were called but scared this would raise a warrant.

I doubt the police were involved. He would probably have known about that as they would have almost certainly contacted him.

Hopefully he gets a little wiser pretty soon before things get worse for him.
