Hello, I'm a 20-year male from Texas, I went to a strip club last year (June of 2018), befriended a stripper there, one thing lo another, she gave me her number. It was a "freinds with benefits" type of thing if you know what I mean. I've been seeing her since June of last year, however things went south towards the ending the year around December 2018 to January of 2019 this year when apparently my brother went to the same strip club as me and started seeing this stripper as one her "friends with benefits" type of thing, however, my brother is a narcissist, he is very envious and jealous and tries to control and manipulate people, so he was apparently lying to this stripper about me, she ignored me for a few weeks.

But then resumed seeing me after a few weeks. Me and my brother were roomates sharing an apartment, but living with him was very unhealthy as he kept asking me of my whereabouts anytime I would leave anywhere, he would text and call me and ask me where am I at etc. and then get pissed off because I always ignored his text messages. He was essentially trying to get her to stop seeing me completely. So decided to move out last month when our lease was up I moved out on my own, I have not contacted the stripper ever since I moved, but sine he is really vindictive, who knows what he lied about me that it somehow leaked to my workplace/job and now apparently all of my co-workers know about my situation, it even spread to management and now everyone is using hidden coded messages laughing and mentioning things only stuff that she and I would know.

And management has started doing the same things, and now they have sent me home early twice, and now they're saying there is "data lost in the system" I would only get paid about 75% of what I actually worked, I contacted HR and they said everyone's pay period/paychecks are getting paid in full and there shouldn't be any problems. And I think she is seeing one my neighbors nearby in my apartment complex now as I saw her car parked outside recently.

And she even drove by really slow when I got out of work. I'm getting harrased by her and my co-workers now was wondering the best course of action? I am getting another job soon, going through job interviews right now, but I was wondering if it was possible to a protective/restraining order against her so she won't come near me or my apartment complex, I also started saving my text messages with her since November of 2018 in case something like this would due to the fact that you can't trust strippers. So I have incriminating evidence of our "friends with benefits" encounters and mettings, pictures and videos that she would send me all of the time, motel locations and meeting set ups etc. I was wondering If could somehow use this as some sort of sting operation in cooperation with the police If I could somehow get full immunity? She may also deal drugs as well although I'm not too sure, but my co-workers alluded to that a few times. She is one of those typcial strippers who tries to get away with everything with their looks/sex appeal.

I mean we haven't contacted each other for a whole month now. But if she would just leave me alone and stay out of my life I wouldn't care about this right now.

You have not said anything here that suggests you have reasonable cause for legal action against anyone.

How is she harassing you if you haven't talked to her in a month? How are your co-workers harassing you?

It doesn't sound like anyone is harassing you. Perhaps don't date strippers anymore? How do you know what a "typical" stripper is? Seems like not your first foray into messing with strippers.

What are you going to get immunity for? Also what incriminating evidence do you have of meeting her? You do realize if you share nude photos or video without her consent it could be a crime - not sure if Texas prosecutes for revenge porn yet or not.

"May" deal drugs? If you have proof of her dealing drugs call the police on her. You sound like a big ol' ball of drama.

I think that you do not know what constitutes sexual harassment.

It will forever baffle my mind how someone who enters into a casual sexual relationship with someone is shocked when that person does the same with others. Unless you were in a committed relationship and had agreed to it as such, you were both free agents. Even if you were in a relationship and she cheated, you have no legal recourse and she is not responsible for the acts of your coworkers or behavior of your brother. Neither does she need to avoid your neighbors.

It isn't clear what happened at work or why your coworkers or managers would care what your brother tells them. Assuming he tells them you hooked up with a stripper and they find that amusing or it colors their perception of you, there is nothing at all you can do about it as it is 100% true.

If your paychecks are incorrect, contact payroll, but that seems entirely unrelated to sleeping with a stripper several months ago.
