If i write my will and get it notarized is it legal in court?

If i was to write my own will right now on a peice of paper and have it notarized would it be legal and pass in court? If I put my kids to go to a certain person is that also okay- I have full custody of 2 and the 3rd is both of ours - what would happen then? lets just say if i wanted my kids to go to my parents if i died...would that paper be passable? Or do I have to go to JAG and get it done...? ( ARMY WIFE )

You cannot Will children. Your parents do not have rights over the father.

Where is the father of the other 2? He will very likely get custody if something happens to you.

Go to JAG and get your will done. That way it will be legal in all states.
