I am not sure if this is the correct section or not but here it goes.
A little over a year ago I requested my State Records for the time that I was in stated custody. I received a registered letter in the mail yesterday from the State Of Maine. It was a 5 page letter that summarized my state records this lady's interpretation of them. I know by Law there are somethings that they can not disclose, but i was told there were about 6 inches of documentation. I am not sure of the law, but is there anything I can do to actually receive my actual state records? Any help or guidance on this would be much appreciated.
