I want my house back

My ex-fiance and I purchased a house together almost 5 years ago. I'm no longer living there. I'm the primary loan holder on the account and she's currently isn't working. What steps do I need to take in order to regain possession of my home? I'm not comfortable not knowing how the bill is going to be paid month after month. There has been somw slow payment going on as well. Please help!

More than likely, you'll have to buy that deadbeat out. Yeah, it sucks. Speak to an attorney, ASAP. Even though this crud dud hasn't paid anything, her rights are the same as yours. This is why I advise clients NOT to buy property with boy/girlfriends. One of you often get screwed!
