my daughter is 1 years old she was at the babysitters house and her abusive father came one day after a year of not wanting her and took her out of town now wont let me talk to her or see her there was no custody ruling in place how do i get my daughter back he says he has full custody that he went to court without my knowledge is that possible ??? please help

What state are you in? Were you married to Dad? If not, has paternity LEGALLY established?

Well the babysitter was clearly in the wrong here, but we need to know what state, and if paternity was established. Did he sign the paperwork at birth? Have you called the police?
