i have my daughter now but her real father is asking for a paternity test he is not on the birth cert but i'm in the process of adding my fiance who wants to take full responsibility for her
If the bio dad takes this to court and demands a paternity test, there is nothing you can do. You arew committing fraud by trying to list your fiance who you know is not the father.
There is little you can do to stop bio dad from asserting his rights.
