I Need Advice A.S.A.P

I need to know about emancipation. I am seventeen years old and want to be emacipated a.s.a.p. Problem is I know nothing about this. I know nothing on how to go about finding a lawyer. Or were to find one or anything. I have a place I can go when I get emancipated. Please, how do I go about doing this correctly. I need answers quickly.

It is not a quick process it takes months. Now answer the following

What state are you in?
Where do you work and how long?
What do you make?
Where will you live?
What is the rent?
How will you pay Gas, Electric, phone, internet, TV, food, Health insurance, Car insurance, Car repairs, transportation, school supplies for short list?
How do you plan to continue your education?
What is your plan for self support?

I'm in pennsylvania.
I've been working at a resturant, about 4 months.
I make 8.50 and hour.
My boyfriend is offering me a place to stay.
The rent is 250 since we will be spliting it.
For the utlities he wants me to give 100.
I go to a job corps, I can transfer.
My plan is pretty much is to finish school, get a good job, so what i need to do.

I dont even have to finish reading your answer. NO judge ANYWHERE is going to grant emancipation statuts so the teen can live with their BF! Give up now your wasteing your time it aint gonna happen even if PA has a statute.

PA itself does not have a law for this but certain countys do. You will have to check with court

Its not to live with him only.
My mom can't support me and is have a difficult time keeping a job.
She is unemployed, not only that but everytime we get into a new home we get evicted with in 4 months.
I have reasons behind what I am wanting.
My boyfriend is the only one who is offering me shelter.

Take that 350 a month, and give it to your mom to help out.
If you left, Mom would still be having a hard time, and then where would she go?

When you turn 18 (within a year) you can live wherever you like.
