I bought a property in the LLC name before it was filed

Hello,
I hope that you maybe able to help in-regards to my LLC.



I was under the impression that the LLC was set up because of this confirmation by the IRS.

I then was advised by my current agent to re file the LLC, which I did on the 10th of March 2014.

Cutting a long story short, in the mean time I bought a property in the LLC name before it was filed in March 2014, which has created a huge problem.

I have sold the property I bought but I can't close on it because of date the LLC was formed compared to the purchased date of the property.

Is there a way to back date the filing of the LLC or if you could possible guide me in the right direction.

The close date is 23rd of June 2014, which looks like it will not go ahead.

There were 2 LLC's ordered which has the some problem with the dates of when the EIN was issued compared to the date the LLC was filed, fortunately, this LLC has no assets, so should be fine to use.
