I filed for parenting time last dec, I have since been to mediation, the mother showed agreed for me to have visits then never signed and returned the papers I filed for an emergency hearing because it has been 1 year since I have saw my children, it was granted and now she has been given a continuance until dec. Is there anything I can file to get temporary visits until my dec court date?

Yes you go to court and ask for a temporary visitation schedule. You might want to consult with an attorney to see your next course of action.

Unfortunatly Icannot afford an attorney because I do pay all of my child support. I ave done all of this myself until now. DO you know the name of the form I would file in AZ?

Melinda, there are rarely forms for this sort of thing. There are statutes that prescribe procedures that must be followed. It won't be much to talk to an attorney about it, try legal aide.
