I am F-1 student visa here in OHIO. there is a felony burglary charge 4th degree, it is a totally misunderstading.After pre-trial, the case went to " call of the prosecutor", which my lawyer told me, it is considered as dismissed, but charge will still pend on me for a year. this summer I am thinking about going back China.
My first question is that gonna be a problem when I renew my student visa?(it get expired at later June)
My second question is what if I choose come back United State before the visa I have right now get expired , are the immigration officers gonna refuse me reentry in US at the airport? if they do, is there anything I can do like ( paper work or explaining) to show them and they may allow me to enter in?
please let me know....I am really worried about it, thank you

Was God watching when you had that "misunderstanding" that some are terming a BURGLARY?

God should have spoken to you then.

You wouldn't be on here worrying about reentering the USA.
