Recently My grandmother passed away in Nov at the age of 94.Grandfater passed away in 1995. Well my grandparents been paying taxes on land that HRS land for over 95 plus years. The land is not in my grandparents name, owner was a cousin of the family. When I spoken to a lawyer he stated that my grandparents has the rights to the land only. How can I take full ownership of the land and place it in my name? The land doesn't have title register in the courthouse

You need to ask the lawyer, or hire a lawyer for specific directions.
