How to make a will? Do I have to go to a lawyer for this. OR any thing written in my own handwriting & signed will do, if some bad happens to me.

I already have named beneficiary in my life insurance policy. Can I deny that in my handwritten will?

What if after my death some one steals my will. How to keep it safe?

Pl. advice. My residence state is NJ.

Why deny the beneficiary in a will when you can just change the beneficaiary. A handwritten will can always be contested so you would want to get it notorized and it is preferable to have a will filed with the insurance policy or with your executor.
