Your boyfriend is owed NOTHING. His mother is. His mother is the one that raised him therefore she is entitled to the money. If there was an actual support order through the courts then his mother needs to file contempt. It is not too late for her to try to collect. If his mom never did anything about it something tells me there was no actual child support order.

What do the papers say? You did not answer my question. Was there an order of support? Normally support is owed the parent, not the child unless that parent passes away. You deleted your question so it will not make sense to anyone else that comes across this thread.
