I was awarded the marital portion of the annuity from my ex's
retirement package.
I need advice: the plan manager at the company has not given me any information on the plan in some time.He has only once given me a valuation.
I'd like to know the account
# and current value of the product,but have been stonewalled by this guy.
It's my retirement,so it's really important.
Do ask again nicely or must I petition the court for this?
