here is the question I have a judgement for divorce in it my ex has to provide me with medical insurance until I reach 62, he has until now I cant afford another attorney so what forms do I need to fill out to get him to comply with the divorce judgement. Thank you debbie
The best thing to do is to first speak to the court clerk in your county, the place where you obtained your divorce. They usually will provide you with assistance with the forms that you may need. This may require some work on your part as well... you may also want to send a demand letter to your ex, certified return receipt.
