How long until a divorce can be changed?

I recently divorced from my husband. And to save my children AND myself further mental abuse, I agreed to everything he wanted. He is a narcissist and only responds to getting what he wants. He continually harasses me and has made my kids not want to be around him. I just wanted to be divorced from him. To be rid of him. But he uses the divorce agreement to get what he wants. And since I just gave in to him, I don't think there's anything I can do. When can I take him back to court and fight for me and my children?

It isn't clear what you want to have changed but if you agreed to the terms he asked for, why change it? What changed between the time you agreed and now? Both of you must abide by the terms of the agreement until you file for a modification and it is granted.
