You likely had 30 days. Why would you have waited this long? I will look it up for you but I don't think you have any recourse. Were you party to the action or were you notified by publication?

They were taken bc i didnt have an attorney and at the time couldnt complete my treatment plan bc i didnt have the money to afford completion of my treatment plan...i didnt even know until the day i posted the first thread tht i had a right to appeal it...i just need to know how long i have to appeal it...They were taken because my babysitter smoked a joint while i was at work and i passed all there drug tests but they put them n temporary placement and eventually they went into foster care and now pre adoptive placement...this is my last hope and i just want to make it work if i have a chance...

I don't think you have a chance at this point dear. Call the clerk of the Juvenile Court and ask but I think you are out of time. They would have appointed an attorney to you if you could not afford one. Believe me I'm not on the Child services side, but there is a little more to this than you are saying.

Out here in AZ you are given an attorney if your kids are taken and put into foster care. You were not given an attorney? Is there more to the story here? You should have a case plan and if you are completing everything generally you get your kids back. Where is their father? Have you had previous contact with CPS? It seems you are not telling us everything but a case plan normally takes 9-12 months. If you are waiting 90 days to even appeal something tells me you are not even close to doing everything you are told.

I am sorry if this sounds hurtful and it is not meant to be; but there has to be so much more to this story than your babysitter smoking one joint while you were at work. Why didn't you complete your treatment plan and how long did you have to complete it?
