How do I see my kids if she wont let me have them and I pay child support

My ex and are were never married we have 3 kids ranging from 1-4 in age...She has a no contact order against me but I can see my kids thru third party but everytime my family or friends contact her to get the kids she says no or says she has plans...now I have not seen my kids in a month and she keeps telling everyone that Im a bad dad....I do pay child support every month it come out of my checks. What rights do I have to see them?? How do I get her to let me have them? Does it always have to be on her terms??

You say there is a NCO against you...Why?

*** VERY IMPORTANT*** What is the EXACT wording (sans names) in the NCO regarding visitation with the children?

You need an attorney. Is the child support or visitation court ordered? If she is breaking a court order for visitation then you need to file contempt. It is possible you might be able to have her billed for legal fees. Take care of this now so you can see your kids.
