i now live in indiana my ex lives in ny,she has put a hokld on chilsupport for me and told them not to bother me for arrears till i found sound employment,well i am emplyed but make 200 a week,i am helping to support my wife and 2 kids as well,they just started taking 95 every 2 weeks from me,when i get the slips in the mail still it says current obligation 0,arrears obligaion 0,otal amount due 0.i owe like 2900 in rears .last year i went down to the office in ny and paid them 2800 dollars but it reaccrued again,they were supposed to remove the lean on my credit and unsuspend my lisence,well the lean is still there as i just got a credit report while trying to get a mortgage on a house and we cant due to that lean.how do i handle ny affairs while in another state?
