Negligence, Other Injury How can I sue someone that ruined my life??

I want to sue my ex gf and her parents for allowing and helping their daughter destroy my life my family causing me to lose my family,causing unbareable humiliation and mental and emotional stress and damage.

This has made me unable to leave my house and when I do it comes with anxiety attacks.

I can prove she has done all that she's done was planned and intentional.
