How can I stop unsupervised visits

I have full custody of my 4 and 5 year old, up untill last week they had not seen there real mother in 18 months per her choice. She stopped by for a two hour supervised visit. She is now demanding extended unsupervised visits and over nite trips out of the state. She has warrants issued for her in five different counties for fraud and other related charges. Do I have to leagally let my children have unsupervised visits and overnite trips with her. What if she is picked up while the kids are in her custody what would happen to the children? What can I do to prevent her from taking the children.

What does your court order say about visitation? Have you been to court since she left? Did the court order supervised visitation? Do you have another hearing scheduled?

If there is an old order giving the mother visitation, then you may have to ask for an emergency hearing to establish supervised visitation. Consult an attorney today.

If she has several warants out then you can probably get her supervised visits but you need to go to court asap.
