I am fifteen years old.i fight with my parents alot and it has driven me to hurt myself and now im on anti depressants and anger medicine. i need a legal way to be able to move with my nanny or my girlfriend. i need a legal way to either be adopted by my nanny or by my friends mom. or an earlier emancipation. i cant wait another year. i just cant. please reply as soon as possible.

There is no legal way for you to move out without your parents permission, I'm sorry.

There are only two states that will emancipate a 15 year old under any circumstances and neither would do so in your case; not all states will emancipate a minor at all, and a teen who is on anti-depressants with a history of hurting herself is not a candidate for emancipation in any state.

Nor is being adopted by someone else a possibility.

Your grandmother can apply to the courts for guardianship, but until or unless that is granted, your only option to move out is with parental permission.

You say you are "fighting" with your parents. That is normal for teens your age. Are your parents physically abusing you?

You need to take this to your therapist. You aren't seeing the world clearly, though I'm sure you won't think I'm right.
