Ok, I am located in California, my friend has his license taken away about 10 years ago. He can't afford to do the DUI's classes so he never attended one. he then was put in jail for a crime he did about 2 years ago. however, he is out now and just want to put everything behind him. first, He wants to get this license back then eventually school and a job.
1) dose he still have to attend the DUI class to get his license back.
