How can i find Ohio statues, and court cases? Please help

Ohio mom looking for correct websites on finding Ohio cases and "statues" pertaining to cases. I am specifically looking for contempt cases and statues involving "knowledge by injunction" rulings... I am involved in a contempt case and have counter-argued my objections and am presently working on a "legal memorandum" to that objection.

Question Presented: Can one person be found in contempt, sentenced when another also, violated the same order?

I have counter-argued regarding a supervised visitation, "Level One". their is no true, legal demonstrative meaning of the word "Level One". There is no legal, Ohio Rev. Code nor, administrative codes pertaining to a "level one". "Level One" is a flaw.

Please help me, maybe i should take this another route other than, knowledge by injunction, Please recommend info. such as complete websites regarding Ohio cases and statues, thanx a million!

Please don't make multiple posts on the same subject. I answered this on your other post. I tend to agree with you about the order being void for vagueness. Your guilt or innocence of the contempt does not have anything to do with his guilt or innocence. If you didn't petition the court for Contempt, he is not charged and will not be found guilty even if you are.

I did a search for Knowledge by Injunction and found nothing. I have never heard of the term either. In the other post I included my email. Send me a scan of your petition for injunction if you want and I'll do some analysis of it.
