Alcohol & Drugs: DUI, DWI How can I fight false info on tickets?

Had parked truck and it was turned off when a cop pulled up and said I was fish tailing. Make a long story short I agreed to take the PBT and he said I blew to hard so i pulled my mouth back and spit to the side on the ground to clear throat, officer said i spit on him and then quickly grabbed me to handcuff me. The tickets state I was resisting, which I was not, and that I refused the test, which i clearly did not refuse I was only clearing airway of spit so I could blow better. My tickets even are marked that the test was given and that i refused which is false. How can it be both when I did not refuse. Can my tickets be void since they are clearly misrepresentation of my actions?

You should plead not guilty, hire a lawyer or ask for a court appointed one (if you can't afford to hire a lawyer). Then shut up and speak ONLY to your lawyer.
