When we got married my husband own this house for about 5 years he had a first and second mortgage, I had a home inwhich I sold not much but my home. I gave him the proceeds of my home. We were together for 15 years were I equally vested into the home. I requested a minor settlement and he refuses. I am afraid this will cost more in court than I asked for to begin with, do I just walk away?
