hostile environment

at work i was supervising approx. 30 people and i was passed over for a promotion and after i complained about the promotoin and pointed out the fact that i was supervising more people than the person that got the promotion they started giving my jobs that dont require supervision and having me do thing that lower position staff do.

What reason were you given for the fact that you were passed over for promotion?
