earlier this year my exhusband brought me into court for a reduction of an child support increase that was assigned last year. needless to say i did not have the opportunity to hire representation like him, i relayed a message to him through his attorney to the tune of this if you will sign off on parental rights that ends your child support woes, he is money hungry and agreed i stated i would get the paper typed and sent to his lawyer by the time that happen, attorney secretary called me back to say attorney does not represent that person anymore, further more i do not and have not spoken in person with him in three years, through the rumor mill i have heard now he doesnt want to sign the papers he got what he wanted a reduction, i didnt i have a wonderfull blessed new husband who loves the kids very much and want to addopt.

please help i guess my point is this jerk want accept the registered mail containing the document
