Hired under false pretenses

I was hired by an airline as a language specialty flight attendant. I was given a contingent job offer (CJO) based upon passing the language test. I signed a document stating that fact and another document stating I would maintain my language abilities for 2 years. 6 weeks for a background check I then had to take my language test. 2 weeks later i was called and informed about my training start date. 2nd day of training I signed another document stating I would maintain my language for 2 years. 6 weeks into training my schedule for the month after training was posted and I was not documented as a language specialist, I questioned that and they told me I did not pass my language test.

I specifically chose to do this job (quiting another job) based on the language specialty because of the money/schedule/family vs being a non language Flight Attendant.

What are my options, if any?

I don't see any. The offer was contingent upon you passing the test, and you did not. It's unfortunate that they let you start work before either the test was given, or it was scored, or you were notified, but I don't see any "false pretenses" here; just poor test scheduling and maybe poor communication.
