You are required to live with your custodial parent.
I suggest you do so.

You need to talk to your Mom and ask her to petition court to change custody. Dad clearly isnt doing that great of a job based on fact you already had a child

Your mom has to allow you to live there.

Or your dad could petition the court for a change in custody but has to prove a significant change and it's in your best interest.

You don't have any rights until you're an adult. Your parents control you. You control your child. That's it.
